Perfume Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide fragrance shipping, as well for our Singapore local buyers. All orders are shipped from our partner warehouse based in New York States. Please read and understand our shipping rates before placing an order, taxes may applied for certain countries, please read the last paragraph about taxes.

Shipping Times

Orders usually ship out within 2 work days, shipping to most countries including Singapore takes about 8 to 12 work days. Shipping in the US takes about 3 to 5 work days. Tracking will sent to your email once your order has shipped. 

Shipping to China, Indonesia, Mexico, Argentina, and Turkey requires a special shipment arrangement. Orders will transfer from New York state to Oregon and may take 5 to 8 work days to ship out from Oregon. The courier is DHL, and the shipping is 3 to 5 work days. Tracking will be given once it is shipped from Oregon, please be patient.

Note: Shipping times are only an estimation, actual shipping times vary by the individual country and shipping courier set by our supplier.

Shipping Restrictions

We DO NOT ship orders to remote areas, and PO Box. All shipping is on standard routine, usually shipping out within 2 working days, except for special shipments that ship from Oregon, which may take 5 to 8 working days to ship out. 

Customs Taxes

For countries with the DDP shipping model, custom taxes are applied and will be collected at reduced rates (prorated) together with the PayPal invoice.  

DDP is "Delivery Duty Paid", countries include Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Canada, Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and most EU countries except the UK.

DDU is "Delivery Duty Unpaid", for countries not included in the above DDP shipping, which means we will not collect taxes upon ordering, and you may be responsible for the customs taxes direct to your customs office at your own cost.

DDU shipping countries include Malaysia, Vietnam, South Korea, China, Mexico, Indonesia, Japan, Egypt, most Latin American countries, etc.
