Return Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority goal, we offer hassle-free returns, exchanges, or refunds.


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or partially damaged package from the courier, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos and the invoice for our verification. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will provide a refund, including shipping and tax. A partial refund will include shipping and tax according to the number of items.


You must retain the damaged product, together with its original packaging materials, and invoice until the case is resolved.


For any issues other than damage, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. You should take photos showing details, product brand, and name on packaging, for our verification and take quick action.


Refunds

1. If your order was sold out, or partially sold out in a multiple items order, a full refund or a partial refund will be immediately fulfilled. 

2. Damaged or partially damaged order, will be refunded upon case verified.


Returns

In normal situations, we do not request customers to return the parcel. If it was requested by customer, and the reason was accepted. We will reimburse your return shipping cost with a maximum cap of S$10.

If that's a mistake we make, we'll try to minimize your loss and cover it with store credit, or a free replacement without having to return the item. But please be assured that nothing like this has ever happened in the years we have been in business.


Failure on delivery

In the event of a delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, the outcome will be determined by the courier service's handling of the situation. Should they be unable to successfully deliver the package and it is returned to the sender in New York, there will be no refund for the shipping cost and tax.


Additionally, if there is a re-shipping fee imposed by the courier for the re-delivery of your order following failed attempts, you will be accountable for covering the re-shipping expenses.


Reasons that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

1. There is a slight difference in the packaging or bottle you received:

This situation could occur if our supplier ships your order from a fresh batch of inventory, resulting in a minor variation in color or design. Alternatively, it could be attributed to the difference in resolution between the monitor and the actual products.


2. Information about the product (description, capacity, perfume notes, year of creation/production):

This may include, but is not limited to the year of production, capacity, perfume notes, etc. The information you may get from our affiliated sites or published on this site is only for general information, not professional advice! We cannot guarantee it is 100% accurate.


The capacity that we indicated on our product displays, was converted from liquid ounce  (oz) to milliliters (ml), it may have a slight calculation error, for instance, 3.3oz and 3.4oz will be converted to 100ml. Additionally, there might be a slight variation of 1 or 2ml from the capacity printed on the product packaging.


3. Don't like the aroma of the product:

Please note that the opened item is not returnable. Even if it is a perfume tester without a seal with a cap, it may appear to partially lose of aroma, so you should consider the risk of buying a perfume tester.


4. Simple mind change or placing a wrong order:

If you find any error on your order, you should immediately inform us by replying to the order confirmation email before we have processed it. Otherwise, if you wish to return upon receiving the item, you should return it to our Singapore office at your own cost. We only refund if receive it in good condition, shipping fees and taxes are excluded from the refund.


5. Failure or delay in delivery:

When the shipping process is not completed, due to delay or failure attempts, you are not allowed to cancel the order.


6. Language translation error:
